Collective Medical Offers Rapidly Deployable Notification and Care Coordination System for COVID-19
Tuesday, March 17, 2020 3:20 PM
Collective Medical is a real-time event notification and care coordination
platform with a nationwide network including more than 1,000 hospitals.
Collective has been asked by several federal and state-based agencies how
we can support care teams and public health professionals identify,
isolate, treat and trace COVID-19. Collective is exploring numerous options and
is deploying, for existing client partners, the creation of a cohort for
COVID-19 diagnosis, upon request and free of charge. This
includes Collective's current client partners in Kentucky.
For hospitals, health systems, health plans and other health care
organizations not currently using the Collective platform,
Collective has developed a rapidly deployable solution with
functionality specific to COVID-19 and other infectious disease
This solution will allow care teams to identify and track patients
diagnosed with COVID-19 or risk factors.
Costs associated with this solution will be waived for the remainder of
2020 and there is no obligation to continue use of the platform after this
period. The solution can be deployed within a week for ready and able
Interested health care facilities should contact
for more information.
In an effort to share as much information as possible with client
partners and other stakeholders — as well as solicit your feedback and
ideas — Collective will hold a series of 60-minute webinars (beginning March 18) led by their chief
Dr. Benjamin Zaniello, MPH
, who is also a practicing infectious disease physician.
